1. How do I make a deposit?

That’s rather easy:

2. It says my deposit has been "Pre-Authorised". What should I do?

If you receive a message “Your deposit has been Pre-Authorised”, please note deposit was not successful and the money was not charged from your account. Take a deep breath, wait for 10 minutes and try to deposit again. In most cases it won’t help if you try to deposit again straight away. If the problem persists however, please contact our friendly support team.
