Dear Diary,

After a recent fishing expedition, I actually caught an octopus. But this wasn’t just any octopus, it was one of my town’s most famous locals, Occy. I apologised to Occy and we ended up having a yarn. Before long he invited me to his place for some squid ink pasta. I’m not that keen but I guess that’s just what friends do. Maybe this bonus will give me the nerve to try it.
